Spa Area at the Bed and Breakfast Hotel Pension Alpenrose

After a beautiful but also exhausting day you can unwind in our nice little relaxation area. Our spa offers a Finnish sauna, a Roman steam bath and a small relaxation area.

Finnish Sauna

The classic among all saunas operates at temperatures between 80 and 90 degrees Celsius and is one of the most popular types of saunas. This dry and hot sauna will stimulate your blood circulation and soothe your skin and respiratory system. Especially when you are physically active, a sauna session is highly recommended because a sauna visit can improve your muscle blood flow and thus prevent muscle soreness.
Next to the Finnish Sauna there is a small relaxation area where you can relax and rest between your sauna sessions.

Roman Steam Bath

In the Roman steam bath, temperatures range from 40 to 50 degrees and are far lower than in the Finnish sauna. Like the Finnish sauna, the steam bath has a relaxing effect on your muscles and is particularly beneficial for your respiratory system.

The Finnish sauna and the relaxation area are on the 2nd floor; the Roman steam bath is on the ground floor. Bath towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. Please bring your own slippers.
