Helpful details for your vacation in Lech

If you have opted for a holiday at the bed and breakfast Hotel Pension Alpenrose in Lech am Arlberg you should know the following:

Check-in

3.00 pm. If you arrive earlier you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and enjoy your vacation immediately. Please let us know if you arrive later than 7.00 pm.

Check-out

11.00 am. We ask you to vacate your room until 11.00 am on the day of your departure.

Breakfast

You can enjoy our rich breakfast buffet in the breakfast room between 8.00 and 10.00 am. If you wish to have breakfast at a different time, please let us know. We will try to arrange it.

Parking

You can park your car in our parking lot right in front of the hotel. If you prefer to park in a garage, please let us know in advance. We will try to arrange that for you – for an additional fee.

Bus Station/Bus Transfer

There is a bus station right opposite our hotel. The bus transfer to the ski area and to the center of Lech is free of charge for guests. Information on bus schedules is available at our reception.

Smoke-free

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel. Feel free to smoke on the balcony of your room or on our sun terrace.

Languages

We speak German, English, Russian, Slovak, and Czech.

Spa Area

Our relaxation area is available on request. Please contact our reception.

Bathrobes/Bath Towels

You will find bath towels and bathrobes in your room for use in our spa area. Please bring your own slippers.

Ski Equipment Storage

There are two separate rooms for storing your skis and your ski boots on the ground floor. We ask you to leave your ski equipment there and not to enter the staircases or your room with ski boots. Your ski boots will dry on our ski boot heaters and will be ready for your next use.

Reduction for Children

We offer a reduction for children staying in their parents' room. For detailed information please contact our reception.

Payment

We accept cash and debit cards. All quoted rates include service, taxes and fees. Errors and omissions excepted.
